    @jszy04 My smoothie is split into 3 shaker cups. That gets me to around 110g. Then I have snacks like carbonaut toast w/almond butter, cereal, pumpkin seeds etc. Then whatever my wife and I plan for dinner. I find it relatively easy to get between 150-200 as long as I make sure to get the...
