    @shayla22 It may not even be the protein part. But, that’s what it feels like. This is why I am meeting with a nutritionist. I train 5 days a week but my muscles just feel “flat”.

    @shayla22 That aspect seems fine- definitely eating tons. I have this sense that the proteins I’m using aren’t filling the need. I just need a bit more education. Hence, the vegan nutritionist.

    @shayla22 It’s been difficult for me to maintain healthy muscle mass and strength while staying vegan. I use the subs to guide me and recently got a nutritionist.

    @felicitypenny Fair question. I find it difficult to maintain muscle mass. I’ve been using online as a resource but just recently hired a nutritionist. I want to maintain the lifestyle out of a love for animals.
