    @katzby23 Good luck! It is super important to get your period back, speaking as someone who lost my period for 2 years. I have long term health problems, including incredibly weak bones, due to prolonged low estrogen levels. Take care of yourself. Health is more important than looking ultra-cut.

    @katzby23 I'm curious - it says that according to the WHO you're underfat. I know it varies from person to person how well a body functions at different levels of body fat. Have you noticed any changes regarding your hormones?

    @tomvalois I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you can figure out something that helps you manage this. I'm not sure that any of us can give advice on something that even specialists can't fix.

    @tomvalois You should probably talk to a doctor about that. It could be a psychological thing or some sort of sleep disorder or some other physical issue causing the waking and hunger.

    @ezra21 I think it's really weird that he claims there is a single achievable, ideal body type for everyone. Some women have wide hips, some have narrow hips. Different women have different body fat distributions, and that will be apparent even in some fit women, since women need enough body fat...
