    I only want big arms. Not literally, I still am working out other muscle groups, but I want the biggest bulkiest arms. How do I get them?

    @bgenterpriseevents You may risk tendonitis - walk, don’t run, towards big arms. It will happen in time with proper programming. If you’re gonna chase a crazy arm routine, be sure to do some prehab.
