    @amalthea333 You could boost your protein amount with a few things. I'd recommend to eat oat bran for breakfast, with nuts and seeds. If you use chronometer, you will see that you can easily hit 30g of Protein in the morning while getting all Omegas you need. Best healthy breakfast if you ask...
