    @kaylen500 I have used one of those and it was great. Much better than I expected. I weigh 70-72kg and was obsolutely confident in it.

    I've put on about 30lbs since then, and my abs are still exactly like that, as I don't train abs. But I just started training them recently as I thought I may as well get an actual 6 pack.

    @cici1234 This was the first picture I took the day before I started working out - That looks pretty close to those pictures. I didn't do anything, I did no exercise and I didn't eat enough food. EDIT: I'm 5'9, and I weighed about 126 lbs in that photo.

    @orthodox_christian Pull Ups - Rep target Bench Press - Reverse pyramid Leg Press - Straight sets Those are my 3 main lifts, and that's how I like to do them.
