    @mahlalie Its the food of gods. Protein for dayyss. I flavor mine with some syrup and its grand for breakfast...others like to stick some nuts and bananas in there.

    @chrispol I could eat large pies at 18 😂😂😂 Now I cant even fit half a medium in my stomach.

    @appassionata Mate...as soon as you read this comment...So do some wall push ups...JUST DO THEM RIGHT NOW!!! and that..is how you get started...slowly but surely :)
