    @katherineeee they are significant if you are talking about a shortfall of 30 gms. Roti has 3-4 GM's of protein. 6 rotis means 20 gms. 100 GM's dal has 10-12.

    @katherineeee You must be getting rest of the protein from dal , roti as in normal meals that you must be eating. maybe you are not counting them ?

    @gabechosen15 imo you are not working out hard enough. some light cardio can bring your heart rate to 120. Then working out your heart rate should be 120-150. less than that ,you are taking longer breaks. Don't think it's possible to yawn when your heart rate is 130ish. these are just my...
