    @monosy To be honest, I just discovered it a month ago. Some of the exercises were not challenging for me. Some naman would leave me dripping with sweat, usually kapag may equipment involved, like a pair of dumbbells. The recipes naman were super easy to recreate! 👌🏼 Overall, it's shocking...

    @monosy OP, if I may suggest. Try mong i-download yung Rebel app kung wala ka pa. Beginner friendly siya. Feeling ko bagay sayo to kickstart your journey. May makikita kang iba't ibang klaseng workouts don plus may easy to follow recipes pa. Free lang siya. Yun lang gamit ko kase na-lost na ako...
