    @cheung it takes more than a days to recover from leg day soreness. Probably 3-4 days even! How tf do you do legs every other day?

    @stallions i prefer a metal bar - its more stable and i can generate more force as i'm pushing down. I never liked the rope so im curious as to why?

    @alliejack What od you think of the top of the movement? i feel i get a better contraction from cable flies then dumbell (which nothing really happens really)
