    @momof3teengirls no issues , Tell me how it works out for you, also hmu if you need someone for accountability i tend to skip some days , you can help me too. Also the workout is 5 * 1 per day + core on alternate or daily basis. I cycle , walk/run for my legs workout , i hate leg days .

    @momof3teengirls Can't copy paste i typed it in my notes app. the workout that i am Following rn. link Start with less sets and reps move forward at your pace. Hit the gym once you get in decent shape.
