    @panozaa_allbet Trainers free on YT that provide plenty of modifications and different exercise levels: Hasfit Bodyfit by Amy Fitness Blender (lots of lower impact and beginner level workouts) Also agree with the recommendations for yoga and Pilates. Hope you feel better and find what works...
