    @dontdosadness Is it okay if I am doing push-ups 1st set full incline, 2nd set only half of the reps full incline and 3rd set only 1/3 full incline? I feel like its good balance for me between pushing too hard and too easy sets.

    BWF Primer Build-up Community Event: Day 14 (Final Day!)

    @dontdosadness What's the correct order of exercises? Birddogs-Deadbugs (Core) -Rows-Pushups (Upper body) -Squats-Bridges (Lower body)? Because here the order is different than in BWF Primer page.
