    @rockmanjl9981 You might want to throw some carbs back in the mix then. I think the anti-carb thing has bent the stick a bit too far in the other direction.

    @miaadora Try eating more. I'm on a slow cut and my progress has slowed dramatically. Calories and protein really matter for building muscle. I was putting weight on the bar more consistently while bulking but I overdid it a bit and now I'm reigning in the paunch.

    @rockmanjl9981 I've done SL and then 531 but I probably moved on to 531 before it was really necessary so I wouldn't recommend it for you either until you get into intermediate range. SS and SL are both fine but I'm really enjoying the Muscle and Brawn Fullbody Workout. The 20 rep goal system...
