    @meeksoul The program you find in KER is exactly the same as The Giant standalone program. It was originally written as a single bell program but works well as a double bell program too. Just run it as you written in KER.

    @user2016 I bought it a couple of years ago. Kettlebell Express ULTRA is the doubles version and a different set of programs to Kettlebell Express. Maybe Geoff will do a Black Friday sale again this year of his Legacy Collection if you really want it.

    @robbie0376 If you've got Geoff Neupert's Kettlebell Express ULTRA - Reloaded, then Beyond The Basics 3 is a set of double clean only programs. 2 x 4-week programs and a 6-week program.
