    Do you think your shoe size has a correlation with your ideal weight?

    @rotlex I’m 5’3”ish, dense and broad-shouldered (weigh ~143lbs and not trying to lose any more), but I wear a size 5.5 wide shoe. I doubt there’s much correlation.

    @huk945 40H (230lbs) to a 34FF (146lbs). I’ve lost a few cup sizes but they are still quite large because they have a lot of dense tissue.

    @nonconformist88 Currently training for a half myself and I don’t think 12-1400 is enough to train that much. In fact, I burned that many calories just in my last long run. A much smaller deficit might be feasible, but I think your runs would improve dramatically if you increased your calories.

    Counting Calories

    @dersaemann I lost 60 pounds without tracking anything. Started tracking after a plateau and have since lost 15 more, but plan to stop counting now that I have an idea of how much to eat to maintain my deficit.

    @conslater Lulu has a bunch with a drawstring. The aligns don’t, but Wunder trains, base pase, swift speed etc. all do. I have no hips so the waistbands are also essential for me.
