    @robrandazzo To your first point, "the pump" isn't an indicator of a good workout, or of growth. I can get a pump from squeezing a stress ball for 5 minutes, but that's not going to help my gains at all. There may be some truth to the pump helping to get the nutrients to the muscles, but IIRC...

    @deejayjr There is so much wrong with this comment that I almost didn't even reply to it. Nunber of sets doesn't matter at all if you're not pushing hard enough. Doing two sets of 6 to absolute failure gets you more stimulus than 4 sets to 10 with multiple reps left in the tank. There's also a...
