    @esnipe I have tried something similar in a yoga class where we silently stared at our partners. Maybe a different purpose but also very confronting and introspective. But I would like to try this method!

    @dawn16 Glute bridges lying in the floor also hurt my knee pretty bad :( maybe I should just go to a PT but it’s so fucking expensive.

    @cyndinicole I also had heard to squeeze glutes at the top but somewhat recently saw that Katie Crewe recommended not doing this for squats. I think it puts stress on your back when you have a barbell on your shoulders

    @rayne49 That’s understandable. Maybe you could try just walking around your own neighborhood or an urban park so that you’re not totally isolated in the wilderness.

    @baohomotorprovn250932 I just did my day 1 and really like it! I went for a run/walk combo and then came home and did glutes, abs, and pushups. I did one full push-up! Haha and the rest on my knees. Still feeling good though!
