    @existentone It's mostly that I am vegetarian and trying to kinda recomp right now. So I'm interested in knowing so I can better plan my meals, etc.

    @fanofreason Top comment right now says .8g per pound of lean mass. The comment above us here say per pound of total weight. Which is it?
