    @ajoj Your stats are similiar to mine, but I am 66. Anyway, I suggest losing the ice cream and cutting sugar. Your body will thank you and so will your energy level! Good luck! I do think small changes is all you need. A few years ago I got down to 24% so I know you can do it!

    I’m only about 8 weeks into weight lifting and I’m crazy stiff. Does anyone have a stretching or yoga routine that they can share?

    @melissa75 A good complement to any weight lifting regimen is mat Pilates. There are many free video's out there.
