    @mr_loevinger Welcome to fitness! If you’re having fun with S&S, don’t overthink it. Just keep doing it until you get bored, then try something different. Experiment with different movements after your S&S sets to fill in the blanks and try new things. Clean + Press, front squat, push-ups...
