    @mountainofgod1 He’s just throwing out numbers and sites no sources But based on his logic, if we only absorb 60-80% of the protein due to plant composition (fiber) we should absorb 100% of the protein from protein isolate powders.     @mountainofgod1 Yes I’ve heard someone say that before but there is nothing to prove it. Based on what i read from multiple source, Plant protein sources are just slower digesting but you still absorb all of it.
