    @radekm My roommate swore by them, I thought they were doofy and inferior to other weights, but boy was I wrong. Just doing some swings or learning how to perform simple movements with them gave me a whole new respect for them.

    @radekm The best thing I’ve ever done for my fitness routines was incorporate kettlebells into my workouts. They were amazing during lockdowns as well when all the gyms were closed. You only need a small area to use those in. advantage goes to the many dynamic exercises that target all areas...
