    @jamierite74 Maybe? I find they don't interfere with my recovery, and only do them maybe twice a week. The weight on the bar shouldn't be heavy at all, otherwise you would never finish them. I kinda view them as technical practice mixed with cardio.

    @jamierite74 Barbel or dumbbelll complexes done as in place of cardio. I love and hate them.

    @mygisfy He finds full body too taxing and likes to just hammer a part into dust and be sore all week, otherwise he doesn't feel he had a good workout

    @slow Currently working out with my buddy who refuses to do full body so we settled on 3x a week ppl. I miss doing the full body routine honestly.
