    @bridgida Get some kettlebells. They are exactly what you are looking for. There are tons of videos out there to show you how to use them and build a program for longevity and strength.

    @grace_mercy It seems like you go outside at least some, golf and tennis. Are you a big sunscreen user? Unless there is a problem with the conversion process in your body, we get all the vitamin we need if we just go outside and get some sun. I'm curious, are they doing anything to figure out...

    @psalms91forme Carb heavy diets are great for endurance athletes and people that want to be skinny fat. If you want a change to happen then you have to change something. Listen to your trainer.

    @guariglio8195 More than you want. If the goal is to add mass, then you need to feed yourself. Eating will become a chore, but it works.
