    @voicecho Same here!! I like myself best at the higher end of the normal BMI range. For me, I am muscular and have broad shoulders. So to be frank, I like having boobs to look more feminine. When I get too skinny, I lose my boobs 🤷🏻‍♀️

    @sampson99 I do this too! It's funny what you can get done when your mind is occupied. I also like audiobooks while exercising.

I got a scale on Amazon that supposedly tells you your % water weight, body fat % etc. It says I’m already in a high tier for muscle so I wasn’t worried about keeping on muscle at this point.
