    @helenbarbara I think the way she is posing adds to the thinness look. In the images of her standing normal (not with her ass poked out and back super arched) she looks more strong/sturdy and not as boney. Granted she is still super thin but I think its exacerbated by her posture in the pictures.

    @claireanneh By blown out I mean tendency to over do things and end up with injury to the ligaments or tendons. Have you had any injuries or problems? Thanks for answering my questions

    @claireanneh Looking at your Fitocracy log it seems that you do heavy/intense workouts everyday. How is your body not blown out? Do you ever take rest days? Also do you have to work out every day to get results like you? Sorry for all the questions.
