    @r3g3nt Let's say 3 sets for chest, back, legs, biceps, triceps. You will have 15 sets in total per session. What about the shoulders? And if you are only doing 3 sets should you do exercises like deadlifts, squats and bench? I'm saying this because you would want to train everything so...

    @kpatrick1111 As long as bodybuilding legends don’t have this problem, why should we worry? They have eaten 10x more protein than the average bodybuilder, let alone average non-bodybuilder.

    @jannieb Good post! I agree with everything you said. I'm walking the same path as you do, and I'm currently 27 years old and I have been lifting for 10 years, still natural. When I hit my 20th year milestone, I'll also be 37 years old :).
