    @citrusthefool I second Sydney Cummings. She has lots of programs to follow. Unfortunately, she does do a lot of HIIT workouts, but she always shows modifications, and she has hundreds of videos, so if a day doesn't look good to you, you can always swap it out for a different more strength...
