    @cherrelle Time periods vary from person to person. If you do 10lbs at 13-15 reps for 3 weeks, then it starts to feel too easy, then go up to 12lbs for 13-15 reps. It could take a week, or 2 months. You have to learn to listen to your body and experiment (safely) to be able to progress properly...
