    @cherrelle Sleep more. Sleep can undermine a lot of things. Irregular sleeping patterns can worsen or cause chemical imbalances (which it sounds like you already have problems with, since you're on antidepressants). Not getting enough sleep, or not having a good sleeping schedule messes up...
