    @lucyflor Well generally in a commercial gym it would go 35 > 37.5 > 40 So it’s not a crazy jump if that’s all that you have, just work with it

    @lucyflor It’s not rocket science. Just hit the 40s for rep max and increase from there. If that’s what your working with 🤷🏼‍♂️
