    Am I missing out if I dont squat ?

    @jayaraj Squats are not the ultimate leg builders… but it just feels SO DAMN GOOD to squat. I will always squat. Who cares about “optimal for building muscle.” They’re optimal for building strength.

    How long do you rest for in between sets?

    @distantthoughts I rest about 6 months between sets. Need to optimize my recovery, right?
