    @lyndalu112 good to know, i've been a bit hesitant about the bands too because of all the stories i've read about them breaking after a few weeks of use and bruising people's body parts :(

    @lyndalu112 sounds great!! i should look into buying rings, i just don't think i'm ready for them yet (insecurity lol). for those reading this far down, i've been looking into getting a resistance band set (the ones you can anchor to something and pull on for resistance). what are your opinions...

    @dawn16 i love my power tower!! only part i don't use is the set of bars for pushups at the bottom - they're a little uncomfy for my wrists when i tried pushups on them :/

    @robert72 thank you! i do 3x8 sets of those when i'm not super tired during my pull days! (i alternate between underhand and overhand grips but that's it haha)

    @mollyvegas that's the plan, i started calorie counting 6 weeks ago and have lost ~2 kgs!! don't know if i should get to 48 kg though, was gunning for 50 kgs or so

    @kmander i'm working on the L-sit now!!! doing the skill day routine 1-2 times a week. will let you know how it goes the next time i practice!!

    @kmander i hope so!! right now i'm working on increasing the reps, maybe get to 10 consecutive reps before i look into doing them weighted. ofc i know that's gonna take months of work, but i'll get there!

    @samier44 honestly once i went off whey, i went "ohhh so that's why my face was getting that bad" 😅 now i'm on some medication from my derma to counteract the effects of whey on my face lol

    @isiah555 i drink the plant protein supplement once a day yeah, but i still get most of my protein from animal sources - i can never see myself going vegan HAHA
