    What are some simple things you all do to improve your fitness?

    @eyeq I don't have a car so I get a lot of walking in for just day to day life. I know this doesn't work for people who don't live in a big city with transport. My activity level is so much higher than my family that do drive simply from getting place to place.

    Program Review - nSuns LP 4 & 5 Day Program

    @luigari I've been doing the 4 day program for about a month now, and it really can be quite exhausting. My gym sessions are all now at 2 hours and I fall asleep on my couch at 9pm most nights haha. I'm making great progress on my lifts though so really pleased. Thanks for sharing your progress!
