    @micjlane Probably a mix between weak and heavy(95kg, 176 cm) . I'm pretty decent in push exercises but my back is weak af.

    @mathwiz03 Great then I'm doing the right thing. Started on 2-3 sec, up to about 20 sec now. I guess I just need to keep hanging untill I can do a negative?
