@johnjs37 This! The only thing we can do is empower ourselves by playing the cards we were dealt. Focusing on the negatives only brings us further down emotionally which can sometimes affect us physically.
@tomarnold Genetics. Bone structure can’t be changed . Same reason why some girls will still wear a size 8 even with low weight. Hip bones can’t be changed
@slant Can I ask how many calories you are eating? I have noticed many people who become burned out often have had a deficit for too long or have too large of a deficit
@evanea 1% is 1.3 lbs per week which is a deficit of 4550 per week or 650 per day. It can be done but not sustainable. The one time I tried a large deficit the weight loss flew
Off then flew back on. I aim for .5%
