    @nicolenik I noticed the same thing when I switched from bodybuilding to CrossFit. I lost a lot of size in my pecs and calves. I started supplementing some isolation exercises into my routine, once or twice a week.

    @harrantion I’m not trying to insult you, but your question makes it seem like you’re looking for validation. Im interested to know what your actual lift numbers are though. How much did you clean last time you tested your 1RM?

    @harrantion Just seems irrelevant. Almost everyone in CrossFit have busy schedules.
