    @graced1257 That's Traditional Kung fu training. Try Jump on Horse. Start in horse stance, then like a jumping jack, explode upright. Then rapidly spread the legs out and sink into Horse Stance. Do that at the pace of quick jumping jacks. You might want to google Quan Ma as well.

    @lucaannibale Im 55. Train 3 days a week. Been training my whole life. You're also coming up on the age where you start to lose muscle mass no matter how hard you train. Keep that in mind.
