    What does your warm up look like?

    @newbeginning1996 ~90 secs of calisthenics (high knees, jacks, etc) ~90 sec of dynamic stretching (hip circles, arm circles, etc) Start lifting

    Gym workout programs for those who can't do dead lifts?

    @finnfierro If you can do body weight squats you can definitely do very light weight deads (bar + 10 lb bumpers). Deadlifts shouldn’t stress your knees as much as squats, even at higher weights.

    Am I fit enough for a Kettlebell class?

    @ulfric I've never seen a class at a commercial gym that couldn't be modified for beginners. Just grab a 10 pounder and start from there.
