    I only want big arms. Not literally, I still am working out other muscle groups, but I want the biggest bulkiest arms. How do I get them?

    @lizlugo51 Already some great responses. I just wanted to add some videos by John Meadows that really help me with some technique tweaks and exercise ordering. I would also recommend an arm day or 2, or at least train them first thing in the workout. biceps video triceps video
