    @nowhereman You should really aim not just for 1rm. Because 1RM someone useless for hypertrophy. AIM for sub max like max reps for 8. Max reps for 6. Then how many you can get for 2-3 sets of 6. Think of that as your new max. Max for 2 sets of 6. Not 1rm.
