@thornbearer FWIW, I use the SWEAT app. I love it. There are many different programs (HIIT, lifting only, barre, etc). It tells you exactly what to do, how long to do it, how many etc. I think you can try it for 7 days for free.

You will probably want to find a workout plan, especially if you are new to working out. There are tons out there. I find if I don’t have one it’s really difficult to measure progress & I get overwhelmed with all the options out...
