    Do any of you just NOT have defined goals?

    @mayne70 I want to be fit, toned and functional as I get older. My mom is 71 and has osteoporosis and I want to avoid this if possible. She is very thin and has almost no muscle tone. Looking good is an added benefit;-)

    What workout videos do you find yourself returning to?

    @hb3 Sydney Cummings is amazing. I've been following her workouts for 6 months now and even though I'm at home still (gyms open but I've decided to continue working out at home for now), my body is transformed. It's really effective!
