    5’4 last few pounds are so hard to lose

    @ki77ie Same problem! 5’ 2” SW: 145 CW: 122 GW: 115.. I’ve been at 122-123 for a few months now.. been upping my protein and doing more resistance/strength training ( 5 days a week!) just cant seem to break this plateau.
