    @lunastella If you're thinking of stretching then it could be important: Making you more flexible and stuff. But just to cool down? Don't think that's too important unless you combine it with mindfulness or something. You body will cool down on it's own and it's a natural process.

    @dawn16 Besides the injury stuff you could look at warmup as a part of the workout: The exercises are different, sure, but that doesn't mean it's not a good part of a workout.
