    @mamajaiy I disagree with BrogressiveLoad. Don’t ever do starting strength. The goal of SS is to teach inexperienced lifters how to perform the main barbell movements and TEST how strong they are NOT TO TRAIN (There is a big difference). You are a lifter with experience you should definitely...
