    @deann0408 I was exhausted when I got down to 53.4 KG. I was so glad when my trainer said I could start increasing my calorie intake.

    @namelessone Thanks. That's what my trainer has me focusing on at the moment. The chest part is proving quite challenging even though I'm doing cable flys, bench presses etc.
