    @wedemars For sure, I am the same. At first I wanted thin legs but now I’m like look how many jump lunges I can do now!

    @zg713 I agree! I don’t want to hit my previous goal weight if it means a smaller butt and legs. I love the definition I see. Proud of both our progress! :)

    @wedemars I’m 5’1 and wanted to get down to 100lbs. I started at 115lbs and sedentary. With strength training and cardio I managed to get down to 105lbs for a while, but then I started gaining weight because I started eating more since I was much more active. Unlike before fitness, the extra...
