    @muel89 I've been crossfitting for 8 months and only finished 148 reps RX. Dont be so hard on yourself.

    @diovivente01 I am trying to figure out what will help. Is this considered an aerobic capacity workout? I am not sure what I need to do accessory wise to improve workouts like this. I did RX but only finished 148 reps :( worst RX at my gym, I probably should have done scaled.
